• We seek to ensure that we accurately pass on the information you have provided for the purpose of providing a comparison, however we stress that it is your responsibility to check that your details are correct in your dealings with the underlying Financial Institution; and

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The construction, validity and performance of these Terms of Use, and all non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them, are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

You and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan courts over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use.
